  • Return & Refund Policy

    This policy outlines the conditions under which a customer may return equipment and receive a refund, especially regarding our Money-Back Guarantee and the statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Period.

    1. Money-Back Guarantee and 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

    We are committed to customer satisfaction. Our guarantee is structured as follows:

    • Guarantee Commencement: The 14-day cooling-off period officially begins on the date the system is Commissioned and signed off by both the Customer and the Installer.

      • Commissioning Date: This is the date the installation is complete, the system is fully operational, and the customer has been trained on its basic use.

    • Duration: The Customer has 14 calendar days from the Commissioning Date to evaluate the installed system and decide whether to request a full de-installation and refund.

    • Eligibility: To be eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee, the request must be submitted in writing within this 14-day period.

    2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

    If the Customer exercises their right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, the following conditions apply:

    System Status The system must not have been modified, altered, or subjected to abuse, misuse, or damage caused by the Customer or third parties (e.g., severe weather outside of normal parameters).
    Notice Requirement The customer must formally notify us in writing (via email or certified mail) of their intent to cancel and request a refund within the 14-day period.
    Access The Customer must provide reasonable access to the property for the safe and complete de-installation of the system by our certified installation team.
    System Damage The equipment must be returned in the condition it was installed, accounting for normal wear and tear associated with the brief period of operation.

    3. Refund Process and Timeline

    A. De-Installation and Inspection

    • Scheduling: Upon receiving the cancellation notice, we will contact the Customer within [X] business days to schedule the de-installation.

    • De-Installation: Our certified team will de-install all equipment that was supplied and installed under the agreement.

    • Inspection: An inspection will be carried out immediately after de-installation to assess the condition of the returned equipment and the integrity of the property where the installation took place.

    B. Refund Calculation

    • Full Refund (Goods & Installation Services): If the returned equipment is found to be in acceptable condition (per Section 2), the Customer will receive a full refund of the original purchase price, covering both the cost of the goods and the installation/commissioning services.

    • Deductions (Property Damage): Reasonable costs for repairing any property damage directly caused by the de-installation (beyond standard necessary patching/reinstatement) will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • Deductions (Equipment Damage): Costs associated with replacing or repairing equipment that is damaged, abused, or missing will be deducted from the refund.

    C. Payment Timeline

    • The refund will be processed within 5 business days following the successful de-installation and final inspection.

    • The refund will be issued using the original method of payment used by the Customer.

    4. Cancellation After the 14-Day Period

    • Final Sale: Once the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, the sale of the goods and installation services is considered final.

    • Warranties: Equipment remains covered by the manufacturer's warranties and our installation workmanship guarantee, as detailed in the separate warranty documents. No refunds will be granted after this period due to a change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction.
