Return & Exchange Policy
This Return & Refund Policy sets out the terms and conditions under which customers may return equipment and request a refund. It includes details on our Money-Back Guarantee, the statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Period, and the process for handling returns and refunds.
1. Money-Back Guarantee and 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
We are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction, and as such, we provide a Money-Back Guarantee which is aligned with the statutory 14-day cooling-off period.

Guarantee Commencement: The 14-day cooling-off period begins on the date the system is commissioned and signed off by both the Customer and the Installer.

Commissioning Date: This is defined as the date when installation is completed, the system is fully operational, and the Customer has received training on its basic use.

Duration: Customers have a period of 14 calendar days from the Commissioning Date to assess the installed system and determine whether to request a full de-installation and refund.

Eligibility: To qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee, a written request for cancellation and refund must be submitted within the 14-day period.
2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
If a Customer chooses to exercise their right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, the following conditions must be met:

System Status
The system must not have been modified, altered, or subjected to abuse, misuse, or damage caused by the Customer or third parties (including severe weather beyond normal parameters).
Notice Requirement
The Customer must notify us formally in writing (via email or certified mail) of their intent to cancel and request a refund within the 14-day period.
Access
The Customer must provide reasonable access to the property for safe and complete de-installation of the system by our certified installation team.
System Damage
All equipment must be returned in the same condition as when installed, accounting for normal wear and tear due to the short period of use.
3. Refund Process and Timeline
A. De-Installation and Inspection

Scheduling: Upon receipt of the cancellation notice, we will contact the Customer within 5 business days to arrange a suitable time for de-installation.

De-Installation: Our certified team will remove all equipment supplied and installed as part of the agreement.

Inspection: Immediately following de-installation, an inspection will be carried out to evaluate the condition of the returned equipment and to ensure the integrity of the property where the system was installed.
B. Refund Calculation

Full Refund (Goods & Installation Services): If the returned equipment satisfies the conditions outlined in Section 2, the Customer will receive a full refund of the original purchase price, including the cost of goods and installation/commissioning services.

Deductions (Property Damage): Any reasonable expenses incurred for repairing property damage directly resulting from de-installation (excluding standard patching or reinstatement) will be deducted from the refund.

Deductions (Equipment Damage): Costs to replace or repair any equipment that is damaged, abused, or missing will be deducted from the refund amount.
C. Payment Timeline

The refund will be processed within 5 business days after successful de-installation and completion of the final inspection.

The refund will be made using the same payment method originally used by the Customer.
4. Cancellation After the 14-Day Period

Final Sale: After the 14-day cooling-off period has ended, the sale of goods and installation services will be considered final.

Warranties: Equipment will continue to be covered under the manufacturer's warranties as well as our workmanship guarantee, as outlined in separate warranty documents. Refunds will not be issued after this period for changes of mind or subjective dissatisfaction.
